2.ServerDown! 30-Minute service level guarantee: MicroPrice will credit Customer for cost of site visit if engineer fails to arrive on-site, during standard support hours, within 30 Minutes of initial call (excluding travel time) to the MicroPrice Support at 803-748-7600, Inclement weather,and traffic accidents excluded. Limited to $150 per occurrence.
